How to Order a Prehung Door
There are a lot of factors that go into determining what door you need. Here are three main areas to cover when ordering a prehung door to make sure you check all necessary boxes !
01
Decide on size
First determine whether you are measuring the frame size, rough opening, or actual size. You will also need to determine if you need your door to be built for 2x4" or 2x6" construction.
02
figure out handing
Next, refer to our door handing chart. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our sales team!
03
select your features
Lastly, nail down the details of your door. Do you want a glass insert or solid door? Do you want a wood or vinyl Jamb? Do you need standard or J-brickmould?
