Description

Axle/Spring System
– Axle spring system is a live axle, open drum assembly that allows for easy access to perform door maintenance and spring replacements.
– 1-5/16” O.D., 14 gauge steel axle pipe
– 5” diameter, 18 gauge galvanized steel drums
– Oil tempered, E-coated torsion springs

Hardware
– 14-gauge patented S2F bracket design with our easy-to-access worm gear tensioning device.
– Door handle comes equipped with grooves, providing better grip for door.

RDI Standard Latch – accepts both cylinder locks and traditional padlocks.
– Hardware packs come individually wrapped and attached to each door prior to shipment to eliminate lost hardware on the jobsite.

Curtain
– 26-gauge galvanized steel with factory-applied polyester weather XL paint.
– Corrugated steel with superior flex and wind resistance.
– Ribbed profile for increased rigidity
– Felt Strips factory installed down the length of the curtain allows for a quieter, smooth operation and reduces surface abrasion.

Guides
– 18-gauge galvanized steel that comes pre-punched for slide latches and door bracket attachment. Guides are stripped with polyethylene protection for low friction and smooth performance.

Bottom Bar
– Factory applied astragal weather strip for weather tight seal.
– .075” thick, 6063-T6 Aluminum extrusions with 1.5”x1.5” – 14 gauge angle.
